Registration Process

Throughout the year, we have several time periods for current Club members and non-Club members to submit an application for our programs.  Applications are received on a first come, first serve basis during these registration periods.  

2018-2019 After-school Enrollment Dates

During the applicable registration period (outlined below), you must enroll your child by completing the application online or in person at the Club and paying the deposit per child of $25.  Remaining dues must be paid in full by August 24, 2018. Our afterschool program will begin August 27, 2018. The link for online registration will be shared via email prior to the start date of your registration period. 

CURRENT MEMBERS (currently enrolled in Summer 2018 program:  July 9 - 21

PAST MEMBERS:  July 23 - August 3rd. 

2019 Summer program enrollment dates

Enrollment for our 2019 Summer program typically begins with current member registration February 1, followed by past member registration. Exact dates of enrollment periods will be announced at a later date. To help you prepare, a non-refundable registration fee per family of $100 will be required to enroll your child/ren during the applicable enrollment period. Families who receive a scholarship are also required to pay the $100 non-refundable registration fee.

CURRENT/PAST MEMBER RENEWAL APPLICATION (For current members or those who have attended in the past and are renewing their membership for the 2018-2019 afterschool program).   

Please note:  If your child(ren) are a current Club member, you are still required to submit an application each year for our after-school and summer program. 

WAITLIST ENROLLMENT FORM

Waitlist:  Applications for our waitlist may be submitted from July 2, 2018 - June 28, 2019.  Applications are received and placed on the waitlist on a first come, first serve basis.   Applications are put in order of the date received.  If we are unable to provide a spot for your child, your child(ren) will remain on the waitlist until June 28, 2019.  

In order to ensure a fair opportunity for everyone, our CURRENT waitlist will expire on June 28, 2019, therefore any individuals remaining on the waitlist on June 28, 2019, must re-apply beginning July 1st, 2019.
