Registration Process

Throughout the year, we have several time periods for current Club members and non-Club members to submit an application for our programs.  Applications are received on a first come, first serve basis during these registration periods.  

2017 Summer Enrollment Dates

February 1st-28th: Enrollment begins for Current Members (Currently enrolled for the 2016-2017 School Year) 

March 1st-31st: Enrollment begins for Past Members                             (Children that attended the 2016 Summer Program ONLY)

April 3rd-28th: Enrollment begins for Waitlisted Families                                                                                                                                                     During this enrollment period for our waitlist (April 3rd – 28th), we will enroll children in our summer program from our waitlist as spots are available.  Our waitlist is first come, first serve, therefore, the individuals at the top of the list will be offered spots first.  If you are offered a spot, you must claim your spot(s) within 48 hours by completing member applications and paying the registration fee OR your spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist and you will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist. We will continue to accept waitlist applications for our summer program until June 9, 2017.

WAITLIST ENROLLMENT FORM

Waitlist:  Applications for our waitlist may be submitted from August 1, 2016 - June 9, 2017.  Applications are received and placed on the waitlist on a first come, first serve basis.   Applications are put in order of the date accepted.  If we are unable to provide a spot for your child, your child(ren) will remain on the waitlist until June 30, 2017.  

In order to ensure a fair opportunity for everyone, our CURRENT waitlist will expire on June 30, 2017, therefore any individuals remaining on the waitlist on June 30, 2017, must re-apply beginning July 1st, 2017.  Click here to view and download our waitlist application.

Please note:  If your child(ren) are a current Club member, you are still required to submit an application each year for our after-school and summer program.
